Tart Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can Hormel chili
    1 bunch chopped scallions
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Mash the cream cheese.
    Spread on bottom of a 9-inch quiche or pie plate.
    Layer rest of ingredients in order given.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
