Louisiana Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 can tamales
1 can chili (no beans)
1 medium bag corn chips
1/4 lb. cubed cheese (sharp Cheddar)
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
- 
                            Break tamales.
Layer ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Put juice of tamales over all.
Bake about 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
