Indonesian Chicken Sate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. soya sauce
2 Tbsp. water
oil or butter (to baste chicken)
Preparation

Cut boned chicken into 3/4-inch cubes.
Thread 5 to 6 cubes onto each skewer.
Mix garlic, soya sauce and water.
Dip the threaded chicken pieces into this mixture.
Grill until meat is done, basting with oil to prevent drying out.
Turn several times. Do not overcook.
Serve with hot Peanut Sauce.
