Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 c. chopped celery (and leaves)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
5 c. soft bread crumbs
5 c. crumbled cornbread
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans water
3 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Melt the margarine in skillet. Saute in the margarine the onions and the celery and leaves. Add the salt, pepper, sage, thyme and poultry seasoning.
