Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. minced dill pickle, drained
1 Tbsp. chopped capers, drained
Preparation
