Basic White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 packet Butter Buds mix (not diluted)
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine milk, flour and Butter Buds in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season with pepper and lite salt. Use when you need a cream sauce as in macaroni and cheese or creamed chicken or tuna.
Yields 2 cups, 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
