Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (8 or 10 oz.) carton cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
2 sticks butter

Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions.\tMelt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish and mix all ingredients (including butter).
Pour into baking dish.
Cook at 350\u00b0 in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
