Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
4 to 6 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Combine butter, syrup, sugar and salt in an 8 cup glass measuring cup or bowl.
Bring to a boil in microwave and then cook 2 1/2 minutes.
Stir in baking soda.
Put corn in large brown grocery bag that has been sprayed with Pam.
Pour syrup over corn and stir lightly to combine.
Put the bag in the microwave; cook 2 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Remove from microwave and spread on a cookie sheet to cool.
