Carrot Cake And Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 packed c. grated, raw carrots
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add to egg mixture and beat.
    Add carrots and nuts to mix. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan (greased) or 3 (9-inch) greased layer pans.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 if using layer pans, or 35 to 40 minutes if using 9 x 13-inch pan.
