Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. nondairy creamer
1 (16 oz.) can low sodium whole kernel corn, drained
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Stir in flour to make a smooth paste.
Add creamer very slowly; stir until smooth. Add corn, eggs and pepper.
Set casserole in a pan filled with hot water 1 inch deep.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm, 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 4.
