Basic Sweet Roll Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lukewarm milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients together. Put yeast in and stir until dissolved.
Stir in eggs, shortening and flour in two parts. Knead dough gently.
Should be almost sticky.
Put in greased bowl and let rise until double.
Shape into whatever shapes you wish.
Sticky buns, doughnuts, coffee cake or just plain pan rolls.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
