Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried rosemary, crumbled
    1 (1 oz.) envelope au jus beef gravy mix, prepared according to pkg.
    pepper to taste
    3 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef, onion and rosemary.
    Break up into small pieces.
    Spoon off fat.
    Add 1/2 cup gravy and pepper. Mix well.
    Spread meat and vegetables.
    Use a quart casserole or deep dish pie pan.
    Cover with potatoes to edge to seal.
    Heat oven at 375\u00b0.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes until potatoes are golden.
    Serve with remaining gravy on side.
