Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. water or more
    3/4 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. diced carrots
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Preparation
    Cook 1st 7 ingredients in large kettle until tender.
    Then add soup and milk.
    When heated, add Velveeta.
    Put on low heat until cheese is melted, then serve.
