7 Layer Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, peeled and mashed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 jar taco sauce/salsa
    16 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 cans green chili peppers
    5 to 6 diced red tomatoes
    several green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients and press in the bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Mix taco sauce or salsa with sour cream and pour over avocado mixture, then layer with cheese, peppers, tomatoes and onions.
    Just dip your favorite chips in.
