Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hot boiled potatoes
    6 strips bacon, diced
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp. Slice potatoes and add onion and salt. Add vinegar and sugar to bacon and fat in skillet and bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes and mix. Serve at once. Serves 6.
