Marble Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 60)
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
3 eggs
2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Pour half the batter evenly over crust.
Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter; spoon over vanilla batter.
With table knife gently swirl through batter to marble.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool and chill.
Cut into bars.
