Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 5 lb. brisket
    Garlic salt
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    Salt and pepper
    Celery salt
    Onion salt
    Worcestershire sauce
    Barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle celery, garlic, and onion salts on brisket.
    Rub on liquid smoke.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, pour off juice.
    Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with worcestershire sauce.
    Bake covered for 3 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Drain juice, cover with barbecue sauce and bake an additional hour at 250\u00b0.
    Slice and serve.
