Beets In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can tiny whole beets
1 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch and mix well.
Add orange juice and butter.
Cook in top of double boiler 5 minutes or until thick.
Pour over heated drained beets.
