Fast And Easy Cottage Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or canola oil (1 cube)
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese (1 pt.; low-fat or fat-free)
    6 eggs, well beaten (or Egg Beaters)
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs (or 2 c. Special K)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in greased casserole or loaf pan.
    Serve with gravy or plain.
    May be used sliced cold for sandwiches.
    Serves 6.
