Fruit Salad From Nigeria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large ripe mangoes
    4 medium bananas
    1 large tomato (optional)
    1 c. cubed pineapple
    juice from 1 medium lime
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shredded coconut for garnish
Preparation
    Wash and peel mangoes.
    Cut into bite size cubes.
    Peel and slice bananas.
    Cut tomato in half, remove seeds, and cut into cubes.
    Combine mangoes, bananas, tomato and pineapple in a large bowl, toss (careful not to mash the fruit).
