Cheesy New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium size new potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. fully cooked real bacon pieces
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Cover potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes and cool slightly.
Stir in butter and pepper; toss lightly. Spoon half of potato mixture into a lightly greased, 3 quart casserole.
Top with half each of bacon and cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
