Apricot Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. sugar
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter or oleo, melted
2 c. apricot jam or 18 oz. preserves
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except butter and apricots.
Add melted butter.
Put 3/4 of mixture in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread with apricots; top with remaining mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool, cut and serve.
