Snowball Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 4 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 c. crushed pineapple in own juice
    1 (12 oz.) container lite whipped topping
    1 angel food cake
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except cake.
    Refrigerate until semi-set.
    Then tear cake into little chunks.
    Using part of cake chunks, make a layer of cake in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spoon half of mixture (gelatin) over cake.
    Repeat with cake and mixture until all is gone.
