Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. broiled lean steak or roast beef, cubed
    10 oz. shredded potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    dash of salt
    1/2 container egg substitute
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    In food processor, process meat until coarsely chopped, about 1 minute.
    Transfer to medium bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Shape mixture into 4 patties and place on nonstick baking sheet.
    Broil the patties 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until crisp and golden.
