Fiesta Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1/4 c. low-sodium tomato juice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, halved
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Place beans, tomato juice, onion, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper in a food processor or blender and puree.
    Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
    Yields 8 servings (1/4 cup each).
