Mexicali Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 1/2 oz.)
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped and undrained
    1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 egg
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix (with jalapeno)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Brown ground beef in a large iron skillet. Drain.
    Return beef to skillet and add taco seasoning mix, tomatoes
    and\tcorn.
    Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring
    occasionally.
    Beat
    egg in small mixing bowl. Add milk
    and
    cornbread mix.
    Stir until smooth.
    Spoon cornbread batter
    over ground beef mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
