Hot Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 dried macaroons (Jack's brand), crumbled
1/2 c. sherry
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. well drained fruit
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, sprinkle a few of the crumbs on the bottom.
Spread layer of mixed fruit and nuts, followed by another layer of cookie crumbs.
Repeat this procedure, ending with a layer of cookie crumbs.
Pour in sherry and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
