Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large unbaked pie shell or 2 small pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except egg whites.
    In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Fold into filling mixture.
    Pour into 1 large pie shell or 2 small pie shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
