Sourdough Starter (Herman) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Stirring as little as possible, combine 2 cups flour and yeast with lukewarm water, to make a thick batter.
    Let stand 24 hours, then stir in 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup milk and 1 cup flour. Stir once a day for the two following days.
