Old-Fashioned Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. honey
    1 to 2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover mixture and chill for at least 8 hours.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
