Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (12-inch) zucchini, hollowed out and cut lengthwise
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half lengthwise, dig out pulp and saute it with ground beef, onion and green pepper.
    Put mixture into bowl with
    egg,\tbread
    crumbs
    and
    Parmesan
    cheese.
    Blend together. Put into
    zucchini
    shells.
    Put spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch
    pan,
    lay
    zucchini
    on
    top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Put Mozzarella cheese on top of squash a few minutes before finished baking.
    Serve with spaghetti noodles or rice.
