Mandarin Orange And Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments
    1/4 c. stir-fry sauce
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and cut in strips
    1/3 c. roasted cashews
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 lb. frozen snow peas
Preparation
    Reserving 2 tablespoons syrup, drain mandarin oranges.
    Blend remaining syrup with fry sauce.
    Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add chicken, cashews and garlic.
    Stir-fry one minute.
    Add onion and snow peas; cook to coat with sauce.
    Remove from heat and stir in oranges.
    Makes 4 servings.
