Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated raw zucchini, peeled
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar and mix.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 loaf pans (greased).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
