Empanadas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large onions
3 lb. ground beef
salt
pepper
paprika
cumin powder
8 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. chopped olives
Crisco
Preparation

In hot Crisco cook, not brown, chopped onions.
Add the meat once the onions are cooked and stir.
Do not cook the meat at this time.
(Take pan off stove.)
Add the condiments and set aside. Let cool this mixture a while.
Then add the chopped eggs and olives.
