Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans Veg-All, drained
2 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 sticks margarine, melted
2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix vegetables, mayonnaise, onion and cheese. Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole. Combine margarine and crackers and sprinkle over casserole to cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
