Festive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) bleu cheese
    1-2 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. green pepper sauce
    1-lb. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Blend together cream cheese and bleu cheese, garlic, and pepper sauce in food processor or mixer.
    Add shredded cheese. Mix well.
    Shape into 2 medium or 1 large ball.
    Chill until firm. Mix parsley and walnuts.
    Roll chilled cheese balls in mixture until well covered.
    Wrap in cellophane and keep chilled until ready to serve.
