Quickie Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) tub lite Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and cut in small pieces
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (4 oz.) box sugar-free Jell-O (any flavor; pick a color that compliments your other dishes)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Chill well.
Mix well again before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
