Delicious Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown rice
    1/2 c. pearl barley
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can mushrooms with juice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown
    meat and drain off fat (add
    celery
    and
    onions with meat)
    when
    browning.
    Add
    other\tingredients and bake 1 1/2 to 2
    hours at 350\u00b0.
    Do not add salt until you taste as soy sauce is salty.
    Add more water if too dry (another cup or so).
    (Do not precook rice or barley before mixing with meat.)
