Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely minced onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shortening
Preparation

Shape mixture into small meatballs.
Melt shortening in frying pan and fry meatballs, turning often to brown on all sides.
If making in large quantities, cook in oven.
They may be cooked ahead and frozen.
