Western Meal-In-One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chile powder
    1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
    1 can (1 lb.) kidney beans
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped black olives
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground meat until crumbly (if beef, pour off fat).
    Add garlic, salt, onion, green pepper and chile powder and saute for 5 minutes or until veggies are limp.
    Mix in tomatoes, beans and rice and turn into a 2 quart casserole.
