Drunken Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lean pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can beer
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. catsup
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides.
    Season; add mixture of beer, catsup and brown sugar.
    Let simmer, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve hot.
