Chocolate Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cake flour, sifted 4 times
    1 1/3 c. egg whites
    1 1/3 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and salt until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar. Beat until stiff.
    Fold in sugar and flavoring.
    Sift a small amount of flour over the mixture and fold in carefully.
    Continue until all is used.
    Pour into an angel food cake pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
    After first 30 minutes, increase heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
