Summer Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced cucumber
    1/4 c. minced celery
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise until fluffy.
    Fold in the remaining ingredients.
    Mix and chill several hours.
    Use in sandwiches or with crackers.
