Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat and onion together.
    Drain well.
    Fry tortillas until soft.
    Roll meat into them.
    Lay into a shallow baking dish.
    Melt cheese, soup and milk together until smooth. Add pimentos and chilies.
    Pour cheese mixture over tortillas and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes very rich and attractive dish for guests.
