Chicken, Filipino-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    chicken breasts or thighs
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Remove skin from chicken and marinate in sauce mixture for 30 minutes.
    Bring chicken and sauce to boil on top of stove.
    Turn heat down and simmer, covered for 45 minutes.
    Turn several times during cooking.
    Serve with rice.
