Green Beans With Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. green beans, sliced diagonally (may use one 10 oz. pkg. frozen beans)
    1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. sesame seed, crushed
Preparation
    Stir-fry beans, water chestnuts, mushrooms and garlic in oils. Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook until beans are tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
