Oven Omelet(For Company Brunch) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
6 slices cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. cubed ham
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In large bowl, beat eggs, sour cream and milk until well blended.
Stir in ham. Arrange cheese on bottom of pan and pour in mixture.
Bake 35 minutes or until set, but still moist.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
