Sukujaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. tamari
    1 c. water
    3 minced scallions
    1 large clove garlic, sliced
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 stalk celery
    1 large sliced carrot
    1 large chopped green pepper
    1/3 lb. green beans or 1 can beans, drained
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, lower to simmer and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add 1/2 pound bean sprouts or 1 can, drained. Serve over rice.
