Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. softened margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (to make add 1 Tbsp. vinegar to 1/2 c. milk)
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream together margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Beat well.
Add zucchini.
Mix together all dry ingredients (except chips) in a separate bowl and then add creamed mixture.
Mix well.
Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
