Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pastry.
    Prick bottom and sides with a fork.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Cook spinach; drain water.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
